Deliver professional and attentive food and beverage service in the hotel.
Job responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain restaurant and lounge setups to hotel standards.
- Handle trays, trolleys, china, glassware, and service equipment.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams.
- Understand menu items, ingredients, and appropriate service standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Support opening and closing duties, stock, and inventory control.
- Keep the outlet clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Upsell food and beverage items and promote a positive guest experience.
- Provide support across the hotel when required.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 2 years of food and beverage experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Poolside bar or lounge experience is preferred.
- Hotel School degree/diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a multicultural environment.
- Positive, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong guest-service and upselling skills.
- HACCP and WSET Level 1 or equivalent are advantageous.
