Role Overview
Handle high volumes of sales and service queries accurately, impartially, courteously, and efficiently.
Represent the company by following organizational standard operating procedures.
Sell and upsell products and services within the property.
Handle customer queries through telephone, fax, and email.
Make reservations based on customer requirements.
Support customers who need to amend or cancel reservations.
Prepare confirmation letters.
Assist guests and prospective customers while maximizing sales and customer service.
Perform filing, complaint handling, and related report updates.

Job Purpose

Qualifications and Experience
- At least one year of reservations experience in a luxury five-star hotel.
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
