Qualifications and experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Reception, Guest Services, or Front Stage within an international 5-star hotel, preferably with 500 or more rooms.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Multilingual ability or additional language skills are preferred.

- Give guests undivided attention and build lasting relationships in line with the hotel's core values.
