800CarGuru is hiring **Service Advisors** to manage customer vehicles, ensure sales conversion, and deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
Role Overview
This role owns the **end-to-end service journey** for assigned customers and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
· **Ensure sales conversion of all incoming vehicles** assigned
· Coordinate service jobs, estimates, and approvals
· Manage customer communication from job opening to closure
· **Ensure customer happiness throughout the service lifecycle**
· **Work towards zero customer complaints through proactive handling**
· Manage and grow assigned **customer / vehicle portfolio**
· Coordinate with technicians, garages, and operations teams
· Support revenue targets and service quality standards
Requirements
· Experience as a Service Advisor preferred (automotive/service industry)
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset
· Basic CRM / system knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
