About This Role

About the Role

We are hiring multiple Sales Agents to join our team in a dual-role position covering both inbound and outbound sales activities.

This role is ideal for energetic, customer-focused, target-driven professionals who can handle high volumes of customer calls while also creating revenue through follow-up, appointment booking, and service contract sales.

You will manage inbound calls such as inquiries, orders, appointments, insurance-related calls, and recovery calls, while also making outbound calls to follow up with customers, secure appointments, and sell service contracts.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can combine excellent customer service with strong sales ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1.
  • Can make minimum 4-6 hours of calling
  • 2.
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • 3.
  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, appointments, insurance-related calls, and recovery calls
  • 4.
  • Generate revenue from inbound order calls through upselling and cross-selling
  • 5.
  • Sell service contracts to eligible customers
  • 6.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM
  • 7.
  • Meet targets for conversion, bookings, revenue, and service contract sales
  • 8.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
  • 9.
  • Make outbound calls to:
  • Book appointments
  • Confirm or follow up on appointments
  • Re-engage missed or lost opportunities
  • Sell or renew service contracts

Experience

in inbound sales, outbound sales, tele-sales, inside sales, or contact center sales

Strong telephonic communication and customer handling skills

Ability to convert inquiries into appointments, orders and sales

Confidence in objection handling, upselling, and closing

Organized, disciplined, and strong in follow-up Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and call performance metrics

CRM or call center system experience is preferred

  • Customer service in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Experience working in Automotive industry is added advantage
