800CarGuru is growing, and we are looking for a driven and professional Sales Service Advisor to join our team.
This is a performance-focused role for individuals who take ownership of results, protect
company standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Role Overview
As a Sales Service Advisor, you will manage the complete customer journey — from initial inquiry to job completion and invoicing.
You will be responsible for converting inquiries into approved jobs, maintaining strong profitability, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects professionalism and transparency.
This role requires commercial awareness, confidence, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Create job cards and log all customer interactions in the system
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Follow up on pending approvals
- Coordinate with the workshop to ensure smooth job execution
- Ensure all completed work is properly invoiced
- Protect pricing integrity and avoid unauthorized discounts
- Deliver a positive and transparent customer experience
- Encourage genuine customer feedback and online reviews

- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
