We’re Hiring: Division Manager — Tow Truck & Recovery (Fleet + Revenue Ownership)

800CarGuru — UAE’s largest mobile car repair and roadside assistance provider — is hiring a Division Manager to build, scale, and dominate our Tow Truck & Recovery business across the UAE.

This is a

full business ownership role

— not just fleet operations.

You will control revenue, operations, partnerships, and scale.

What You’ll Own

  • Full P&L responsibility for Tow Truck & Recovery Division
  • Drive revenue growth across B2C, B2B, and insurance partnerships
  • Maximize fleet utilization (recovery trucks & roadside vans)
  • Build and execute sales strategy for recovery services
  • Reduce third-party dependency and improve margins
  • Launch and optimize new revenue streams (subscriptions, contracts, upsells)

Core Operations Control

  • Manage recovery trucks and roadside assistance fleet across all Emirates
  • Optimize trip volume, routing, and response time
  • Design and implement high-efficiency driver rota systems
  • Control third-party recovery vendors (cost, SLA, performance)
  • Ensure full compliance: vehicle fitness, insurance, permits, documentation
  • Prevent downtime through proactive maintenance planning

Revenue & Growth

  • Build and scale B2B partnerships (insurance, fleets, corporate clients)
  • Increase upsell revenue through roadside assistance teams
  • Identify and launch new monetization opportunities
  • Improve revenue per trip and overall division profitability

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage drivers, supervisors, and coordinators
  • Drive performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability
  • Build upselling capability within roadside teams
  • Run a high-volume, high-discipline 24/7 operation

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in fleet operations, recovery/towing, or automotive services
  • Strong commercial mindset (revenue, margins, cost control)
  • Proven ability to scale operations and drive growth simultaneously
  • Strong vendor negotiation and partnership-building skills
  • Ability to manage multi-location, high-pressure operations
  • Hands-on operator who executes, not just manages
