The Service Advisor is the main client contact, managing vehicle reception, explaining services, coordinating with the workshop, and supporting a premium customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients and assess vehicle needs.
- Inspect vehicles and document pre-existing damage.
- Coordinate daily workflow and scheduling with technicians.
- Provide price estimates and quotations, and handle billing.
- Communicate with clients from drop-off through vehicle delivery.
Requirements and qualifications
- Native Arabic speaker with professional English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- 2–3 years as a Service Advisor or Customer Service Executive.
- Automotive, car care, or detailing experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; basic computer and Excel skills.
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
