Train teams and implement CRM processes across Elite Shine Group branches in Dubai.
The posting describes the role as CRM Trainer and Implementation Specialist and lists automotive workshops and service businesses as relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Train sales, service advisor, reception, and workshop teams on CRM software.
- Implement CRM processes across branches and train employees in lead management, customer follow-ups, quotations, and sales conversion.
- Ensure accurate customer data entry and daily CRM updates; monitor staff performance and CRM compliance.
- Prepare daily and weekly CRM performance reports.
- Coordinate with management and software providers to resolve system issues.
- Develop CRM training materials, SOPs, and staff assessments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of CRM training or implementation experience is preferred.
- Experience with automotive workshops or service businesses is an advantage.
- Strong communication and staff-training skills; knowledge of CRM reporting, sales pipelines, and customer management.
- Ability to conduct practical, hands-on training.
Compensation
- Monthly salary is AED 4,000–6,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person in Dubai, with the posting naming Ras Al Khor and Al Quoz.
