Job Summary
Amlak One Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Real Estate Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and leasing, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, buyers, and tenants.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close property transactions.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and property listings.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Mentor and support junior real estate agents when required.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and prepare all transaction documentation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Represent Amlak One Real Estate with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE.
- Proven track record of successful property sales and leasing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
