Job Summary
Amlak One Real Estate is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
- Negotiate property deals and ensure successful transactions.
- Maintain and update property listings on real estate portals and CRM systems.
- Stay informed about the Abu Dhabi real estate market, property values, and industry trends.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
- Represent Amlak One Real Estate with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
