In this role, you will be the face of our community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, maximizing occupancy rates, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years in real estate, property management, or high-end sales (local UAE market experience is a strong asset).
- **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport and close deals.
- **Organization:** High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple leads, documents, and competing priorities simultaneously.
