Core Job Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum 2–5 years of real estate sales management experience in the UAE, with a focus on both off-plan and secondary markets.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- **Market Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate landscape, including major developers and investment trends.
- **Languages:** Fluency in English & Arabic is essential, speaking skills are highly advantageous for diverse client portfolios.
- **Certifications:** Often requires a professional real estate license/broker certification recognized in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of high-performing property consultants.
- **Sales Strategy:** Develop and execute aggressive, data-driven sales strategies to capture market share and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- **Developer Relations:** Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key Abu Dhabi real estate developers and industry stakeholders.
- **Pipeline & CRM:** Manage sales pipelines, monitor team KPIs, and utilize real estate CRM systems.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all sales activities and contracts comply with Abu Dhabi real estate laws and regulations.
Compensation & Benefits
- **Salary Range:** Starting from AED 8,000 monthly base salary.
- **Commissions:** Uncapped commission structures based on team and individual sales closures.
- Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
