About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor new and existing agents.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize team performance.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing regular performance feedback.
• Support the team during client meetings, negotiations, and property transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners.
• Ensure all team activities comply with RERA/ADREC regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in UAE real estate sales.
• At least **1–2 years of experience** in a leadership or team management role.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and/or UAE real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
