Job Summary
Amlak One Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing business strategies, mentoring agents, and achieving company sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor real estate agents.
- Monitor team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Oversee property sales and leasing transactions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
- Analyze market trends and prepare sales reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years of UAE real estate experience**, including **2 years in a sales management role**.
- Proven leadership skills with a strong record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
