Key responsibilities
- Lead organizational enablement through impact assessment, sponsor engagement, communications, training, and readiness.
- Partner with Digital Workplace, process owners, and service teams; own outcomes.
- Establish champions, feedback loops, and partner-to-internal knowledge transfer.
- Define adoption baselines, usage and competency measures, and corrective interventions.
