Senior Technical Engineer for commercial building projects.
Responsibilities
- Review project drawings and specifications.
- Lead shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Resolve site queries and coordinate with the main contractor, consultant, client, and other trades.
- Manage drawing revisions, technical records, and as-built drawings.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of UAE civil construction experience focused on commercial building construction.
- Experience with a main contractor, subcontractor, or both is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in site coordination, RFIs, material submittals, and method statements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Excel, and Aconex or a similar document-control system.
- Primavera P6 and structural analysis software experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 10,000 per month.
