Qualified, experienced Scaffolders are sought for major construction projects in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently.
- Inspect components before use and report damaged or defective materials.
- Follow approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, site procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Install platforms, guardrails, toe boards, access ladders, and other components; maintain safe access for construction teams.
- Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and other trades; maintain housekeeping in scaffolding areas.
- Assist with inspections and rectification, use appropriate PPE, and follow HSE requirements and applicable UAE and recognized scaffolding safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scaffolder on construction projects.
- Good practical knowledge of scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling; ability to understand basic scaffold drawings and instructions.
- Strong understanding of scaffolding safety requirements; physically fit and able to work at height.
- Able to work as part of a team and follow supervisors’ instructions.
- Valid scaffolding training or competency certification is preferred; relevant competency or recognized training certification is listed as a qualification.
- Third-party scaffolding certification, UAE construction experience, and large-scale project experience are preferred or advantageous.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,500–2,300 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; the role is based in the UAE.
