The role bridges business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors by translating operational requirements into technical specifications, API contracts, and scalable solution designs.
The work supports key enterprise initiatives and calls for practical knowledge of solution architecture and system integration.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional, non-functional, and technical requirements as BRDs, FRDs, TRDs, and Agile user stories.
- Prepare integration scenarios, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and REST or event-driven API specifications for end-to-end solutions.
- Review vendor and internal architectures for alignment with business goals, security, and enterprise standards.
- Assess existing systems to identify integration bottlenecks, gaps, and technical improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate technical discussions among business owners, development teams, and third-party vendors, translating needs into clear technical deliverables.
Mandatory certifications
- Business analysis certification: CBAP or PMI-PBA.
- Enterprise architecture certification: TOGAF Foundation.
- Cloud architecture certification: AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure AZ-305, or Azure Administrator.
Language requirements
- Arabic: native or fluent; essential for business and stakeholder communication.
- English: business and technical fluency required.
Experience and technical skills
- At least five years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Proven hands-on knowledge of API design, including REST, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON/XML, webhooks, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in UML diagramming, BPMN 2.0, sequence diagrams, and tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Enterprise Architect.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, data mapping, and Agile environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
