Business Analyst & Process Management

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, governance and operational performance through AI, automation and analytics.
• Engage stakeholders to understand challenges, map processes, gather requirements and define solutions; translate needs into use cases, business cases, functional requirements, success criteria and roadmaps.
• Develop proofs of concept, prototypes, AI agents, Power BI dashboards, automation workflows and MVPs; design data models and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Plan pilots, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, testing, feedback and progress reporting.
• Collaborate across IT, Data, Digital, Cybersecurity, Procurement and business teams to ensure solutions are feasible, secure, cost-effective and scalable.
• Prepare stakeholder and leadership presentations, dashboards, updates and recommendations; support adoption with guides, training materials, feedback sessions and handover documentation.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Digital Transformation or a related field.
• At least four years of relevant experience in digital transformation, innovation, business analysis, AI adoption, analytics, automation, product development or related technology-enabled roles.
• Hands-on experience building practical technology solutions, prototypes, POCs, MVPs, AI agents, dashboards or automation workflows.
• Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, use-case development and business-case preparation.
• Practical knowledge of AI solutions, data analytics, Power BI, automation and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Understanding of emerging technologies, cloud platforms, integration concepts, cybersecurity and enterprise technology architecture.
• Experience managing projects or pilots, including timelines, risks, dependencies, testing and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, presentation and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts in clear business language.

Preferred qualifications

• Certifications in AI, data analytics, Power BI, automation, project management, product management, design thinking or business analysis are preferred.
• A master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not essential.
