Role overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training and tailored workshops on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI productivity capabilities.
• Translate Copilot capabilities into function-specific business use cases and identify workflow improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate use cases across Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Support AI adoption and behavioral change, customize training, and facilitate conversations about business value.
• Create demonstrations and learning materials, keep current with Copilot and Generative AI, gather feedback, and improve enablement.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support successful Copilot adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI, AI productivity, or Microsoft 365 training or adoption programs.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and workplace productivity knowledge, excellent English communication and presentation skills, and experience engaging senior audiences.
• Business acumen; ability to translate challenges into practical AI use cases and simplify complex technology for business users.
• Strong storytelling, facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills; able to work independently and take ownership.
• Curious and innovative, with willingness to continuously learn and experiment with AI tools.

Preferred skills and experience

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or relevant Microsoft 365 or AI certifications are advantageous.
• Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure AI, other Generative AI tools, or experience in AI adoption, digital transformation, change management, or workplace transformation are advantageous.
• Arabic, Russian, or another Eastern European language and experience with multinational organizations or enterprise clients are advantageous.
