Senior Software Engineer

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software features and RESTful APIs using WebAPI and JSON.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and queries.
• Build responsive interfaces with AngularJS, Angular, React, or related JavaScript frameworks.
• Write clean, documented code with SOLID principles, design patterns, and automated tests.
• Resolve concurrency issues, debug complex systems, and refine production implementations.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation.
• Support the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through production support.
• Collaborate with product, QA, content, and distributed engineering teams.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Five to eight years of professional experience building enterprise-scale software applications.
• Strong C# and .NET Framework or .NET Core/5+ experience.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, SQL Server, RESTful APIs, event streaming, unit testing, and test-driven development.
• Knowledge of MVC or MVVM, enterprise architecture, object-oriented programming, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON, version control, and modern web standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred skills and technologies

• AWS, Microsoft Fabric, Azure data platforms, Power BI, Elasticsearch, Playwright, Redis, Microsoft Rules Engine, Docker, Kubernetes, Entity Framework, performance profiling, or healthcare technology experience are preferred.
