Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, performant, and maintainable software features.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using WebAPI and JSON.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and query performance.
• Create responsive interfaces using AngularJS, Angular, React, and modern web standards.
• Write documented code using SOLID principles, design patterns, and automated unit tests.
• Resolve concurrency issues such as blocking and deadlocking scenarios.
• Debug existing codebases and refine features using testing and production insights.
• Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions.
• Participate in requirements analysis, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams and identify process improvements.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8 years of professional software development experience with enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong C# expertise with .NET Framework and .NET Core/5+.
• Experience with AngularJS, Angular, and/or React.
• Experience with SQL Server database development and query optimization.
• Experience with RESTful API design using WebAPI or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Kafka, RedPanda, or similar message-based event streaming systems.
• Knowledge of unit testing, MVC/MVVM, enterprise architecture, version control, object-oriented programming, and SOLID principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred skills and technologies

• AWS experience is a major plus during the infrastructure migration.
• Preferred technologies include Microsoft Fabric, Azure data platforms, Power BI, Elasticsearch, Playwright, Redis, rules engines, Docker, Kubernetes, ORM frameworks, and performance profiling tools.
• Healthcare technology, HIPAA compliance, or regulated-industry experience is preferred.
