Senior Software Engineer

Opportunity Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software features based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Build RESTful WebAPI services using JSON and develop optimized SQL Server database solutions.
• Create responsive interfaces with AngularJS, Angular, React, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Write documented code using SOLID principles, design patterns, and automated unit tests.
• Resolve concurrency issues, debug complex codebase problems, and refine features using test and production feedback.
• Contribute to technical design documentation, architecture decisions, and the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams and support deployed production systems.
• Identify technology opportunities, streamline development processes, and address technical debt.

Required Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Have 5–8 years of professional software development experience building enterprise-scale applications.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core/5+, and C#.
• Have experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, including AngularJS, Angular, and/or React.
• Have SQL Server development experience, including stored procedures, functions, views, indexes, and query optimization.
• Have experience with RESTful APIs, WebAPI, Kafka or similar event streaming, unit testing, TDD, MVC/MVVM, web standards, version control, OOP, and SOLID principles.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and independent-working abilities.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills and Technologies

• AWS experience is a major plus during the infrastructure migration.
• Preferred technologies include Microsoft Fabric, Azure data platforms, Power BI, Elasticsearch, Playwright, Redis, business rules engines, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, ORMs, and performance profiling tools.
• Experience in healthcare technology, HIPAA compliance, or regulated industries is preferred.
