About Pal Dmc
PAL DMC is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Business Bay, Dubai.
We work with food and beverage, hospitality, and real estate brands across the UAE and MENA region.
Our services include social media management, performance marketing, influencer marketing, PR, events, and video production.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive who is also a strong Graphic Designer.
This is not two roles — it is one.
You will be responsible for building content strategies, managing social media platforms, and producing the visuals yourself.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies for F&B and hospitality clients
- Create and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Design all visual content including posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, and campaign creatives
- Use AI tools to enhance content production and efficiency
- Work in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to deliver high quality visuals
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on data
- Coordinate with the content and paid media teams on campaign execution
- Manage client communication related to social media deliverables
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and design best practices
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva, mandatory
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
- F&B or hospitality industry experience is a strong plus
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong portfolio showing both social media work and design projects
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
