We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai.

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle and play a central role in our growth strategy.
This is a senior role with direct impact on company revenue and direction.
What You Will Be Doing
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE and MENA, with a focus on F&B, Real Estate, and Hospitality brands
- Build and manage a strong client pipeline with consistent monthly targets
- Lead pitches, proposals, and high-value contract negotiations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
- Report revenue performance and pipeline updates to senior leadership
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or key account management
- An established network of decision-makers across UAE or MENA markets
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Experience in digital marketing or an agency environment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a strong advantage
- Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
