Overview

PAL DMC is looking for a creative and skilled **AI Designer** to join our marketing agency team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands design, content, branding and the use of AI tools to create high-quality visuals, social media content, campaign creatives, product images, video concepts and digital marketing assets.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, understand client requirements, and use AI tools smartly to produce modern, premium and brand-relevant content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create AI-generated visuals for social media, ads, websites, blogs and campaigns
  • Use AI tools to generate product visuals, lifestyle images, creative concepts and branded content
  • Design high-quality static posts, carousel concepts, reels visuals, thumbnails and campaign creatives
  • Work with the content and strategy team to turn ideas into strong visual concepts
  • Create moodboards, visual directions and creative references for different client brands
  • Edit and refine AI-generated images to make them look realistic, premium and professional
  • Use design tools to improve layouts, typography, colours and final presentation
  • Create AI-assisted video concepts, short-form content ideas and visual storyboards
  • Understand brand guidelines and make sure all visuals match the client’s identity
  • Experiment with new AI tools, trends and creative formats
  • Support the team with fast creative output for ads, social media and digital campaigns
  • Make sure all final creatives are clean, polished and ready to use
  • Stay updated with AI design trends, social media trends and marketing content styles

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of visual design, branding and social media content
  • Experience using AI creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, Runway, Kling, Leonardo AI or similar tools
  • Good knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut or other editing tools
  • Ability to create realistic, premium and brand-focused visuals
  • Strong eye for composition, colour, lighting, layout and typography
  • Ability to write clear AI prompts for image and video generation
  • Ability to edit AI outputs and make them look natural, clean and professional
  • Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta Ads and digital content formats
  • Ability to work on multiple brands with different styles and requirements
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn new tools quickly

Who We’re Looking For

We are not looking for someone who only generates random AI images.

We need someone who understands marketing, brand identity, client expectations and visual storytelling.

The right person should know how to create content that looks good, feels relevant and supports the client’s business goals.

You should be able to take a simple idea and turn it into a strong creative direction using AI, design sense and editing skills.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in AI design, graphic design, content creation or digital marketing is preferred **Agency experience will be a plus** A strong portfolio of AI-generated visuals, social media creatives or design work is required
