Account Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients
• Understand client goals, brand requirements and monthly marketing needs
• Manage client communication professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings
• Prepare briefs for designers, content writers, ad managers and creative teams
• Follow up with internal teams to make sure tasks are completed on time
• Review content, captions, creatives, campaigns and reports before sharing with clients
• Coordinate monthly content calendars, campaign plans and marketing activities
• Handle client feedback and make sure revisions are communicated clearly
• Attend client meetings and prepare meeting notes, action points and follow-ups
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Track deadlines, approvals, pending tasks and deliverables
• Support the team with campaign ideas, content direction and marketing strategy
• Identify client needs and suggest improvements where required
• Work closely with management to improve service quality and client retention

Requirements

• Previous experience in a marketing agency or digital marketing environment
• Strong understanding of social media, branding, content creation and digital campaigns
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines at the same time
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Good understanding of client servicing and account management
• Ability to create clear briefs for creative and marketing teams
• Must be organized, responsible and detail-oriented
• Should be able to handle pressure and fast-moving agency work
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, influencer marketing and reporting is a plus
• Confident in client meetings and day-to-day communication
• Must have a problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
