We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing media and marketing agency on a commission-based model.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong networking and business development skills who are looking for unlimited earning potential.
The primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and build long-term professional relationships that contribute to the company's continued growth.

- Earn up to
- 25% commission
- on every closed contract
- **Monthly recurring commissions**
- for the entire duration of active client contracts
- Unlimited earning potential with no commission cap
- Flexible working environment with complete control over your schedule
- No fixed working hours or mandatory office attendance
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients
- Promote the company's media, production, and digital marketing services
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into signed contracts
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition is preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong professional network is an advantage
- Experience within media, marketing, advertising, or related industries is a plus
