• Meraki Fabrics Trading LLC is seeking an experienced and well-connected Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth within Dubai's luxury residential market.
• We are looking for a dynamic professional with an established network of high-end interior designers, architects, consultants, developers, and villa owners.
• The ideal candidate may come from industries serving luxury residential projects, including:
• Luxury fabrics & furnishings
• Wall coverings
• Home automation
• Decorative lighting
• Glass & glazing solutions
• Luxury flooring
• Kitchens & wardrobes
• Architectural finishes
• Interior fit-out
• Premium building materials

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with leading interior designers, architects, and consultants in the luxury residential sector.
• Generate specifications and project opportunities for Meraki's fabric and interior solutions.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within high-end villa projects.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through project completion.
• Build and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in a luxury residential or interior-related industry.
• Strong existing client base and relationships with high-end design firms, architects, and consultants in the UAE.
• Proven track record of generating specifications and project sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working independently.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
