We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Our client, a fast-growing global SaaS platform in the loyalty & rewards space , is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business and expand their footprint in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This is a high-impact, hunter role focused on enterprise sales, pipeline generation, and closing strategic deals across key industries.
Title : Senior Software Sales Manager
Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary : 100k USD - 120k USD
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
• Drive new business acquisition across the KSA market
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts, events, and partnerships
• Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure
• Engage with C-level stakeholders and lead complex negotiations
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the region
• Identify and collaborate with partners/resellers to expand market reach
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 10–12 years of enterprise sales experience (SaaS/solutions preferred)
• Proven success in new business acquisition in KSA
• Strong track record managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and closing complex deals
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Self-driven, independent, and commercially sharp

• Experience in loyalty, rewards, or incentives platforms
• Background in enterprise SaaS or platform-based solutions
• MBA or equivalent qualification
