Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales & Front Desk professional for a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The role involves day-to-day management of front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with sales inquiries. The successful candidate will handle client interactions, manage bookings, and support the sales team with lead generation and sales follow-ups. Additionally, the role includes coordinating training sessions and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire engagement process.
Qualifications
- Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to deliver and coordinate effective Training
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to independently manage responsibilities
- Proficiency in using office systems and CRM tools for booking and record management
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred
