Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Riyadh.

The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build relationships with institutions and individual clients, and promote 4Level1’s English language programs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing outreach plans, generating and following up on leads, and maintaining an active sales pipeline.

The role also involves presenting program offerings, preparing proposals, negotiating terms within set guidelines, and coordinating closely with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

The specialist will track performance metrics, provide feedback on market trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of business development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, present programs clearly, and support learners and partners professionally.
  • Proficient Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify target segments, qualify prospects, and understand competitive dynamics.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, evaluate campaign performance, and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in education, training, or language services.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfort working toward defined targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills and familiarity with the Middle East market are considered an advantage.
