Role Description
The Senior HR Generalist will oversee and execute a wide range of human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
This full-time, on-site role, based in the Riyadh Region, involves managing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and supporting leadership with HR guidance and data-driven insights.
The Senior HR Generalist will administer employee benefits, maintain accurate HR records, and support payroll coordination in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Daily responsibilities include advising managers on HR best practices, handling employee inquiries, resolving workplace issues, and contributing to initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
The role also involves supporting HR projects such as training programs, organizational development efforts, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting diverse teams and organizational needs.
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that align with local labor laws and organizational objectives.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including vendor coordination and employee support.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations in a similar or senior generalist role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in HR documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with HRIS or HR software systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR practices in the Riyadh Region or wider Middle East context is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in the Riyadh Region and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, education-focused environment.
