Programs are delivered both online and face-to-face, providing flexibility and accessibility for diverse learner needs. 4level1 teaches students across the Middle East remotely and conducts in-person classes in Riyadh.

Role Description
As an HR Generalist at 4level1, you will manage day-to-day human resources activities to support a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
This full-time, on-site role is based in the Riyadh Region and involves administering HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
You will handle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, probation and performance tracking, and offboarding.
You will support benefits administration, leave management, and HR-related inquiries, ensuring employees understand available programs and policies.
The role also includes assisting with recruitment coordination, maintaining HR systems, supporting training initiatives, and collaborating with management on employee engagement and workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and demonstrated experience in HR Management.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in line with local labor regulations and organizational standards.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and HRIS/data management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in the Riyadh Region or KSA is preferred.
- Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage.
