Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Senior Talent Acquisition role based in the Riyadh Region.

The Senior Talent Acquisition professional will manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, academic, and support roles, from role scoping and sourcing through offers and onboarding coordination.

Day-to-day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, posting job ads, proactively sourcing talent, screening resumes, conducting structured interviews, and facilitating interview panels.

The role also involves developing and maintaining talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience at every stage.

The Senior Talent Acquisition professional will track recruitment metrics, provide regular hiring updates, and ensure all processes align with organizational policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, including experience managing multiple requisitions and timelines.
  • Proficiency in interviewing and assessment, with the ability to run structured, competency-based interviews.
  • Experience in hiring and selection processes, including job scoping, shortlisting, offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Background in employer branding, including promoting opportunities through digital channels and talent communities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, talent databases).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Proven ability to attract and hire diverse talent in a fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory manner.
  • Experience recruiting in the education or training sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
