Senior Sales Executive responsible for sales growth, key customer accounts, and new business across the Sports Department.
Focuses on sports specialty retailers and distributors and sales performance across the brand portfolio, particularly summer and outdoor products.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 3 years of UAE sports-industry experience, covering winter, summer, and water sports.
- 3–5 years of sports or outdoor goods sales experience; specialty retail or brand distribution is preferred.
- At least 3 years of retail sales experience is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Water sports or winter sports category experience is advantageous, not mandatory.
- A valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE are required; travel willingness is listed as 75%.
Skills and languages
- Sales negotiation, account management, business development, retail operations, merchandising, margin calculation, and pricing strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; English and Arabic are required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, commercial, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage existing customer relationships and secure new business; negotiate and close commercial agreements to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Execute sales strategies to increase market share and strengthen brand presence; monitor performance, demand, and market trends.
- Prepare quotations and pricing proposals, calculate product margins, and recommend competitive pricing.
- Coordinate timely order processing, product availability, and customer satisfaction with internal teams.
- Support merchandising and in-store execution; prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade events, and industry exhibitions.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,500–8,000 per month.
