The role establishes and manages the complete HR function, including talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across business functions.
- Manage onboarding, employee records, employment documentation, and HR administration.
- Oversee performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and relevant employment regulations.
- Develop HR strategies and processes to support business growth.
Requirements
- Proven UAE experience in real estate, property development, or the developer sector; relevant UAE sector HR experience is essential.
- Strong HR generalist and talent acquisition experience.
- Able to independently establish and manage the HR function from the ground up.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and employment procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Arabic is preferred.
Compensation
- The description gives a salary range of AED 12,000–15,000 per month, depending on experience, and separately states AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person in Dubai.
