Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Senior Sales Associate** to join our retail team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail sales, particularly in **fashion accessories, jewelry, or leather goods**, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, providing a premium shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide professional recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service in a professional manner.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 **years of sales experience** in **accessories, jewelry, or leather goods retail**.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
& Benefits
- **Monthly Salary:** AED **2,800 – AED 3,500**, depending on experience and qualifications.
- **Sales Commission:** **1.5%** on individual sales generated.
- **Annual Bonus:** A **one-time yearly performance bonus**, awarded at management's discretion based on the employee’s overall performance and KPI evaluation.
