Overview

David Webb is seeking a highly motivated and commercially talented Senior Sales Advisor for our

new Abu Dhabi boutique at The Grove, Saadiyat Island.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales is required, together with a demonstrable track record of exceptional client service and sustained sales performance.

Candidates must already be based in the UAE — relocation will not be provided.

Founded in New York City in 1948, David Webb is an iconic, luxury design House whose

namesake founder redefined high jewelry.

Known for creating exquisitely crafted, bold and unique jewelry, David Webb is widely considered one of the most influential designers of the 20th century.

Today, each David Webb creation is imbued with artisanal excellence and handwork, while drawing inspiration from a vast archive of over 40,000 original renderings, records, and design ideas.

Form is essential in all David Webb jewels, and bold color, hand-hammered gold, intricate enamel work, and whimsical animal pieces continue to be prominently featured in the company's collections.

We are headquartered in an historic Neo-Classical building on Madison Avenue in New York's Upper East Side.

Over 30 long-tenured master jewelers continue many of David Webb's own traditions, hand-crafting each piece in a workshop directly above the Company's flagship boutique.

In addition to its New York City flagship, David Webb currently has boutiques in Beverly Hills, CA, Doha, and is expanding its presence throughout MENA with its newest boutique at The Grove.

Position Overview

The Senior Sales Advisor will be a skilled and self-driven sales professional, contributing

meaningfully to the performance and culture of the David Webb Abu Dhabi boutique from its opening day.

This role is ideally suited to someone with a genuine love of fine jewelry, a natural gift for building long-term client relationships, and the ambition to thrive within a prestigious and growing luxury House.

The Senior Sales Advisor will be expected to bring an existing client network, demonstrate consistent sales leadership on the floor, and act as a standard-setter for junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • *Sales Performance*
  • Drive individual sales performance consistently in line with personal KPIs and boutique targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for new client acquisition, repeat business, and portfolio development.
  • Assist in clienteling initiatives and boutique events, contributing to a vibrant and commercially active boutique environment.
  • *Client Relationship Management*
  • Build and maintain a personal VVIP client portfolio, delivering a highly personalized, anticipatory level of service at all times.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records including purchase history, preferences, significant milestones, and follow-up notes.
  • Proactively re-engage clients through personalized outreach, new arrivals, and seasonal communications.

*Boutique Standards & Team Contribution*

  • Uphold the highest standards of boutique presentation, product knowledge, and personal presentation at all times.
  • Assist management with stock takes, inventory management, and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry, with a strong and verifiable sales record.
  • An established personal client book within the UAE or wider GCC, with a demonstrated ability to develop and retain high-value relationships.
  • Genuine product passion and a solid knowledge base across fine jewelry, precious stones, and luxury goods; experience with American or heritage jewelry maisons is an advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; natural warmth and sophistication in client interactions.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and dependable, with a team-first attitude and genuine pride in the client experience.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and cultural awareness across Abu Dhabi’s international clientele.
  • Arabic language skills are a distinct advantage; proficiency in additional languages is welcomed.
  • The position is based at our Abu Dhabi boutique, The Grove, Saadiyat Island, and relocation will not be provided.
