Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities, building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to drive business growth.
This individual will also collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve organizational objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques, account management, and business development
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, including visa processes, travel packages, and related services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
