Overview

Kinetics Group is seeking an experienced **Senior Sales Administrator** to support sales operations through effective management of quotations, pricing, order processing, supplier coordination, documentation, and sales reporting activities.

The role serves as a key support function for the sales team, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate sales administration activities, including quotations, customer enquiries, order processing, and sales support.
  • Maintain supplier pricing records, product databases, and pricing structures while ensuring quotation and order accuracy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding pricing, quotations, product information, and order requirements.
  • Monitor quotation status, customer follow-ups, sales reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of submittals, catalogues, technical documentation, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with shipping and procurement teams regarding stock availability, sample requests, deliveries, and supplier performance.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation while supporting process improvements and operational efficiency.

Skills And Attributes Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, order processing, or customer service functions.
  • Strong knowledge of quotation management, pricing administration, supplier coordination, and sales reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, databases, and business reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and work effectively within a team environment.
