About the Role
We are seeking an experienced **Finance Controller & Reporting Manager** to oversee multi-entity financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, cashflow discipline, and compliance across all group entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full monthly financial closing, journals, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, intercompany reconciliations, and expense allocations
- Monitor project/division profitability and report variances
- Manage cashflow, liquidity, receivables, payables, and treasury operations
- Ensure VAT and Corporate Tax compliance; coordinate external audits
- Supervise and guide accounting staff; ensure accuracy and internal control adherence
- Implement process improvements and ERP/system enhancements
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and commercial information
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (ACCA, CPA, CMA preferred)
- 8–12 years of finance and accounting experience, with 4–5 years in UAE preferred
- Multi-entity financial reporting and monthly closing experience
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments preferred
- Strong ERP knowledge (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills

- Bachelor's (Required)
