**Overview:** Kinetics Group is seeking a professional and organized **Receptionist cum Secretary** to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of front-office activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reception duties, document management, administrative support, and coordination activities while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while handling general inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area and coordinate courier services, deliveries, and outgoing samples.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to managers and staff.
- Prepare, format, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and company documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies, administrative requirements, and day-to-day office support activities
Skills And Attributes Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Professional appearance, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
