Overview
Kinetics Group is seeking an experienced **Sales Operations Manager** to drive the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of the sales function.
The role is responsible for managing sales processes, CRM systems, reporting, pipeline management, quotations, and sales support activities while providing operational insights that support revenue growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve sales processes, workflows, and operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage CRM systems, maintain data integrity, and ensure accurate tracking of customer accounts, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, pipeline performance, and key sales metrics to support decision-making.
- Oversee quotation and proposal management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
- Support sales teams through effective coordination of sales operations, customer onboarding, and order processing activities.
- Monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue opportunities while identifying risks and improvement areas.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, reporting enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth.
Skills and Attributes Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Support, CRM Administration, or a related function.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and commercial operations.
- Proven experience managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and sales reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience within B2B, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, technical products, or distribution environments is preferred.
