Kinetics Group is seeking an experienced **Sales Administration Manager** to oversee sales administration operations and ensure the efficient processing of quotations, customer orders, pricing updates, documentation, and sales support activities.
The role serves as a key link between Sales, Operations, Procurement, Suppliers, and Customers, ensuring smooth business processes and high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales administration activities, including quotations, submittals, customer orders, approvals, and documentation.
- Review purchase orders and sales documentation to ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, product details, and commercial terms.
- Maintain and update supplier pricing, product databases, sales price lists, and commercial records.
- Lead and develop the sales administration team while monitoring departmental performance and KPIs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to support order processing and project execution.
- Prepare management reports, pricing analyses, and operational performance updates.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer service standards.
Skills and Attributes Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service, or business support functions.
- Proven experience leading and managing a sales administration team.
- Strong knowledge of quotation management, order processing, documentation control, and sales support activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and delivering excellent customer service.
