Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and oversee road and highway design for infrastructure projects.
- Perform and review road geometry, horizontal and vertical alignment, grading, pavement design, and related engineering analyses.
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate road design with project managers and other engineering disciplines.
- Coordinate road levels, corridors, crossings, junctions, and interfaces with other infrastructure disciplines.
- Prepare engineering reports, plans, and documentation.
- Review designs and technical deliverables from engineers, designers, and the BIM/CAD team.
- Guide and support junior engineers and other team members.
- Liaise with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least eight years of infrastructure experience focused on roads and highways, including at least three relevant years in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of road and highway systems, design and construction practices, KSA codes, standards, and authority requirements.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as Civil 3D and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
