Senior Dry Utilities Engineer for ARX’s Riyadh office, working on infrastructure projects involving power, telecommunications, and street lighting networks.
The role includes design oversight, coordination across disciplines, technical review, and guidance to junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and oversee dry utility systems for infrastructure projects.
- Perform and review engineering calculations, network design, cable sizing, and related analyses.
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate utility corridors, crossings, connections, diversions, and interfaces with other disciplines.
- Prepare reports, plans, and engineering documentation; review engineer, designer, and BIM/CAD deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and liaise with authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of infrastructure experience focused on dry utilities, including at least 3 years of relevant KSA experience.
- Strong knowledge of dry utility design and construction, KSA codes, standards, and utility authority requirements.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as Civil 3D and electrical design software.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
