ARX is hiring a Senior Roads Engineer for its Riyadh office.
The role focuses on roads and highway design for infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of infrastructure experience, including at least 3 years in KSA.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and oversee road and highway design.
- Perform and review geometry, alignment, grading, pavement design, and related analyses.
- Ensure designs meet local regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate road systems and interfaces with project managers and other engineering disciplines.
- Prepare reports, plans, and technical documentation.
- Review deliverables from engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD teams; guide junior engineers.
- Liaise with authorities, clients, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of infrastructure experience focused on roads and highways, including at least 3 years in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of road and highway systems, design and construction practices, and KSA codes and authority requirements.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as Civil 3D and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
