Senior Regional Sales Manager – Fertilizers (Arabic Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow fertilizer sales across Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer and distributor network.
• Manage relationships with distributors, traders, dealers, and key accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
• Travel across GCC countries as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
• **8+ years of experience** in fertilizer sales or agricultural inputs.
• Proven experience handling **Saudi Arabia and GCC markets**.
• Strong network within the fertilizer industry, including distributors and major customers.
• Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
• **Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.**
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC.

Preferred Experience

• Experience selling products such as **Urea, NPK, DAP, MAP, MOP, SOP, Ammonium Sulphate, and other fertilizer products**.
• Experience working with fertilizer manufacturers, distributors, or trading companies.
• Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
